Pet insurance cover that's fair when it matters
Corinium Pet Insurance backs your pet's vet fees across four cover levels, with a free 24/7 vet helpline and claims handled right here in the UK.
VetMedi is an Introducer-Appointed Representative of Corinium Pet Insurance. Corinium's independently owned too, and like us, they care about proper service and fair value for pet owners, not just box-ticking.
Insured with Corinium? You'll get free express shipping from VetMedi on every prescription medication order. That means your pet's treatment arrives quickly, and you get more out of your medication allowance.

Included with every policy
The Corinium Pet Helpline
Run by The Vet Connection, no extra cost. Ring them, message them, or get on a video call, whatever's quickest for what's going on.
- 24/7/365 phone support
- Live webchat on the Corinium website
- Video consultations when a call isn't enough
Every call is answered by an RCVS-registered veterinary nurse, most with over ten years' experience. They'll help you work out what's wrong, whether it needs a vet visit, and what to do if your usual practice is closed.
This service supports your vet. It doesn't replace them.

Premiums
What can move your price at renewal
Your pet getting older
Older pets are statistically more likely to need treatment, so the cost of covering them tends to rise with age.
Any claims made that year
A claim is a sign of risk going forward, not just cost already paid out, so it can feed into next year's price.
Rising vet costs generally
Vet fees climb with wages, equipment and medicine costs across the industry, and premiums move with them.
Tax changes
Insurance Premium Tax is set by the government, not Corinium. Any change to that rate gets passed straight through.
Wider inflation
General cost increases across the economy affect what it costs to provide cover, same as any other business.
Changes to the policy, yours or ours
Adding cover, updating your pet's details, or Corinium revising policy terms can all move the price at renewal.
This is an annually renewable policy. Renewal isn't guaranteed each year.
